Getting started
- Add a product: Stock → Add product. Photograph it, type the price, tap the sizes you have.
- Record a sale: Sell → tap products → Payment → choose how they paid → Record sale (for example, Record cash sale).
- Make a poster: Marketing → Create a post. Choose products, a template and a look, then check it and share.
- Invite staff: More → Staff → Add staff with their WhatsApp number.
Common questions
I didn't get the sign-in code
Codes go by SMS to Econet (077, 078) and NetOne (071) numbers. Wait a minute, check the number, then tap Resend code. If it still doesn't arrive, email us from any address with the number you're using.
A sale didn't show on another phone
Sales recorded offline sync when the phone is back online. Open the app with a connection and the sale appears within seconds.
The poster doesn't look like my dress
Don't share it. Make a new one, or tell us and we'll remake it free.
The app says I've used my model posters
Each month includes 30 model posters. Product-only posters are unlimited, and the count resets each month.
My trial ended
Your shop is read-only: you can see everything and export it. Contact us to keep Drapli paid.
How do I export my data?
More → Export. You get an Excel file with your stock and sales.
