These terms cover your use of the Drapli app and website. By creating a shop in Drapli you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number. You're responsible for the staff you invite and what they record in your shop. Keep your phone secure: anyone holding it can sign in.

Trial and plan

• Every new shop gets 30 days free with no card.
• After the trial, the Shop plan is US$36 a quarter (US$12 a month) or a yearly price shown in the app. Prices are locked in US dollars for 12 months from when you first pay.
• If you don't pay, your shop becomes read-only: you can view and export your data but not record new sales or make posters.
• The plan includes 30 model posters a month. Extra model posters are US$2 for 10.

Your content

Your photos, products and sales stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Drapli for you, including creating posters. Only upload photos you have the right to use.

Posters

Posters are generated by computer and can be wrong. Check each poster before you share it. If a model poster misrepresents your garment, tell us and we'll remake it free. You decide what you share and where.

Receipts and payments

Drapli records how you were paid; it does not hold or move your money. Receipts sent by WhatsApp are a record of the sale, not a tax invoice.

Fair use

Don't use Drapli for anything illegal, to send messages people didn't ask for, or to try to reach another shop's data. We may suspend a shop that does.

Availability

We work to keep Drapli running, and sales recorded offline sync when you're back online, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Leaving

You can export your data and delete your account at any time. See Delete my account.
